Museum Event Photography

I feel a key part of getting the word out about awesome museum fundraisers is great museum event photography. People need a quick and easy way to check out information about an event and photos that capture the essence of an event is a great way to do it. That is why I partner up with great non-profit organizations in San Diego to give them special event photography at a discounted rate from my normal commercial photography rate. I want great organizations to have great photos of the work that they do to continue with their fundraising efforts.

The photos in the post are from The Ruben H. Fleet Center special fundraising event Science on the Rocks. It was a blast to be at this event.  The event had all kinds of great activities that included the science or mixing drinks, to the science of mixing liquids of different densities and even the science of impaired vision when you drink too much alcohol. I think that the museum did a great job of mixing their mission and fun in their fundraiser.

There were food tastings from The South Park Abbey, Terra Catering & Events, Sadie Rose Baking Co., The Patio, Glass Door and Sheraton San Diego. There were spirit tastings from Twisted Manzanita, Old Harbor Distilling Co.,Ballast Point. There was also even a cocktail mixing class put on by Polite Provisions. This event had a lot of things to enjoy.
